Ana Lennyr experienced pain and depression for most of her life. At the age of 38, she decided to take control of her life and figured out how to heal all of the emotional wounds that were showing up as pain in her body. She takes her own life experience and combines it with being a teacher, psychologist, and anti-depression expert to help teenagers and adults build strong and supportive family relationships.
